Dan was the Emcee for a business chamber event and it was a HOOT! The event was an elegant dinner celebration, and Dan ran the evening with class, jokes and warm humor. I HIGHLY recommend calling him for YOUR next event! You will smile and be HAPPY.

What's heavy and light at the same time? Dan McGowan and his Heavyweights of Clean Comedy pals. It's been a minute... 13 years? Yet it's as funny and relevant today as it was then. Genuinely good, wholesome funny... it's personal and it's perfect. Dan is the kind of comic who funny yesterday, today and tomorrow... no matter how much chocolate covered broccoli he serves up... Dan serves as your emcee, performs clean comedy, and offers motivational talks for groups of all ages and backgrounds. Dan's offbeat likable style makes him the perfect addition to your corporate event, fundraiser, banquet, appreciation dinner, church outreach event, cruise ship entertainment and more. Dan, who appeared on NBC's "Last Comic Standing," and who was a finalist in the search for the New Maytag Repairman, also works as an actor in TV commercials and films as well as a voice-over actor for radio, TV and more. Dan's tech needs are simple. One mic (cordless or cable is fine) that is on one mic stand. Dan does not perform behind a podium with a gooseneck mic. Dan also requires a DiBox that goes into your sound system - his acoustic guitar uses a 1/4" cable that attaches to the DiBox. Also nice to have a stool nearby, if possible.
