I start off any contract with meeting with my client prior to any event or design work. This way I can find out what they are hoping to get from the event. For example if someone is hosting an event to promote a band, they want to see specific pictures of the people interacting with the music or just want shots of the band doing its thing. I believe every event is different and has its own story to tell and each event can be told in different ways.

Prior to any event Ill check out the events location and where shots will be taken. Whether the location is in or out doors will have a huge impact on what I can and will use to shoot that event with.

You can expect photo turn around to be 3-5 days unless otherwise stated. Smaller events have less production time vs larger events and our green screen photo booths normally offer same day photos or digital photos depending on package deals agreed on.

I will check in with the event coordinator before and after all events if possible.

Since 2007, CyberRealm Graphics has offered graphic design and printing for Weddings, Party's and events. We have one goal, to create original and compelling designs for our couples for any of their special events. We offer package deals that include everything you would need for your wedding. Invites, RSVP's, save the dates, thank you cards, and anything else you would need. We have partnered with high quality vendors so that you can have a wide variety of printed material on interesting or classic paper stocks. Linen, wood, metallic and many types of papers that will go with your wedding decor and theme. If you can imagine it, we will do everything in our power to make it a reality.

For the most part traditional event photography will not need any special placement or area to be performed.

As for the Green Screen Photo Booth. My set up is a 5x7 back drop. Along with both a continuous light and flash set up. Depending on location will depend on if I use continuous light or flash. I will need to be close to an AC outlet to set up the equipment. I will have a small table for other equipment.

I offer mobile Portraits. This means I come to you. Professional and Family. I can do either indoor or outside. For indoor portraits, I set up a 5x7 back drop.
