We specialize in "event photography", providing professional coverage for corporate events, company celebrations, conferences, networking events, award ceremonies, fundraisers, galas, holiday parties, nonprofit and church events, birthday celebrations, anniversaries, graduations, retirement celebrations, private parties, proposals, community events, and more.

Whether we're photographing an intimate gathering or a large event at a major venue, our goal is the same: to capture the experience naturally and professionally. We blend candid photography with purposeful coverage of key moments, important people, details, and interactions so you receive a complete collection of images that tells the story of your event.

In addition to events, DRL Photography offers "wedding photography and portrait photography", including engagements, families, seniors, maternity, newborns, and other important milestones.

Event Coverage
DRL Photography provides professional photography coverage for a wide range of events, from small gatherings to large-scale events and corporate functions. Coverage can be customized based on your event schedule, venue, guest count, and photography needs.

Equipment
We use professional Canon camera equipment and a variety of professional lenses to provide high-quality images in a wide range of lighting and event environments. We bring backup equipment and additional memory cards to help ensure reliable coverage throughout your event.

Lighting
We are comfortable working in natural light, indoor venues, low-light environments, and challenging event lighting. When appropriate, we use professional off-camera or on-camera lighting to create clean, well-lit images while keeping the experience unobtrusive for guests.

Multiple Photographers
For larger events or events requiring extensive coverage, additional photography coverage can be arranged. As a husband-and-wife photography team, we can also work together to cover different areas, moments, and groups simultaneously when needed.

Venue & Access
We appreciate receiving information about the venue, parking, loading access, photography restrictions, and any special requirements before the event. If possible, we like to arrive early to become familiar with the location and identify the best areas for photography.

Shot Lists & Important Moments
We welcome event timelines, schedules, shot lists, VIP information, group-photo requests, and any other details that will help us understand what is most important to you. This allows us to plan ahead and make sure key moments and people are photographed.

Image Delivery
Final images are professionally edited and delivered in high-resolution digital format through a secure online gallery. Images are suitable for personal use, social media, marketing, and other uses depending on the photography agreement.

Weather & Outdoor Events
For outdoor events, we recommend having a backup plan in case of rain or severe weather. We work with clients and event organizers to adjust coverage as needed while prioritizing the safety of everyone involved and protecting our equipment.

Event Coordination
If your event has an event planner, coordinator, venue manager, or designated point of contact, we're happy to work directly with them to coordinate photography needs and timing.

Special Requests
Every event is different. If you have specific photography requirements, venue restrictions, branding needs, privacy considerations, or special requests, please let us know during the planning process so we can prepare accordingly.
