Founded by Maurice and Bethany, CTB Filmz combines their shared love for photography, filmmaking, and storytelling to create memorable visual experiences for couples, families, businesses, and special events. What started as a passion has grown into a creative brand dedicated to turning real-life moments into lasting memories.

From weddings and birthdays to graduations, family celebrations, business events, and brand content, CTB Filmz focuses on more than simply taking pictures or recording video. Their goal is to capture the emotion, energy, personality, and story behind every moment.

CTB Filmz — Technical Requirements

📍 Venue & Location

* Client must provide the complete event address before the event.
* We need access to the venue early enough for setup and equipment preparation.
* Outdoor shoots may require a backup plan for rain or severe weather.
* Client is responsible for obtaining any required venue photography/video permissions.

🔌 Power & Equipment

* Access to standard electrical outlets is required when using the 360 booth, lighting, or other powered equipment.
* A clear, safe area is needed for equipment setup.
* Equipment cannot be placed where it could create a trip or safety hazard.

📸 Photography & Videography

* Adequate lighting is preferred for high-quality images and video.
* For indoor events, we may bring additional lighting equipment.
* Clients should notify us ahead of time about any special shots, important people, performances, or moments they specifically want captured.

🌀 360 Photo Booth

* A flat, stable area is required for the booth.
* We typically need approximately 10’ × 10’ or more of usable space, depending on the setup.
* The area should have enough room for guests to safely enter and exit.
* Access to electricity is required.
* The booth area should be protected from rain and other conditions that could damage equipment.

🎤 Audio for Video

* For speeches, ceremonies, interviews, and important announcements, we may require access to the venue’s sound system or an appropriate audio feed.
* If professional audio is important to the project, clients should discuss this with us before the event.

📱 Client Content

* If clients want specific photos, videos, logos, songs, or other media incorporated into their project, those files should be provided in advance and in usable quality.
* CTB Filmz may request high-resolution logos or branding materials for business/event content.

⏰ Timing

* Clients should provide an accurate event timeline.
* Changes to the schedule should be communicated as soon as possible.
* Setup and breakdown time should be considered when determining the contracted coverage period.

💾 Final Deliverables

* Final photos/videos will be professionally edited and delivered digitally.
* Delivery times depend on the package and project.
* RAW/unprocessed files are generally not included unless specifically agreed upon in writing.
