Crystal Sound Meditation

I am a Sound Bath Practioner, I "bathe" the participants in a series of relaxing sounds played on various deeply resonant musical instruments, including crystal singing bowls, gongs, sitar, tongue drum and flute. Participants lie or sit in a comfortable position, much like the Savasana at the end of a yoga class. I lead participants in some deep breathing exercises and then play instruments at the front of the room, invoking a deeply relaxing and effortless meditation. Participants often sleep more deeply after a sound bath, as well as report feeling more creative and less stressed.
