Crimulus

Hi there! I'm Crimulus, a solo acoustic artist from Portland, Oregon. I play mostly original progressive folk rock that combines introspective lyrics and catchy melodies with my Appalachian roots and a love of everything from bluegrass to hard rock. Inspired by 90s radio pop (think Hootie & the Blowfish meets Dave Matthews meets 10,000 Maniacs), my sound lands somewhere in the vicinity of Indie Rock and Alt Country.

Armed with just a guitar and a love for connecting with an audience and making them chuckle between songs, I deliver a dynamic sound that adapts to nearly any space--coffee shops, large parties, or as a crowd priming opener in larger venues.
