What to expect

When you hire Crawford Jazz Project, you can expect to be wowed with a start to finish product, whatever that may look like for you. Whether you want a three minute full production number or a two hour atmosphere act, we are ready to make your dream event into a reality.

We like to break it down into 3 simple steps:
1. Consultation: this is where you tell us what you envision, and we discuss what CJP can do to meet your goals and more. We will discuss theme, music, costuming, type of performance, number of dancers, all the details.
2. Follow up: this step is only needed if all the details were not finalized in the consultation. Think listen through of music and costume look book.
3. Performance: we arrive ready to go with entertainment inspired by you!

Our product will always be fully costumed, rehearsed, and ready to perform. If BARRED apparatus is involved, we will transport, set up, and strike the equipment.

Additional booking notes

Our job is to provide the dancers and their wonderful talent, all we ask of you is to provide an audio source and any special lighting. The type of performance will determine the type of stage space needed, but that is something we can discuss in our consultation.
If BARRED is requested, we will transport, set up, and strike the apparatus. There is no mounting or rigging involved. If the event is not on ground level, a service elevator with a depth measuring 8ft is required. The apparatus can fit through a standard doorway. When set up, at minimum, the apparatus requires a 9x4ft flat area. Additional square feet will be necessary depending on the talent requested.
