About

Chris began his career in the service industry in Philadelphia working for Starr restaurant group. He knew his passion was bartending, and began working at a popular American bistro in historic Saratoga Springs, NY. Shortly after, he moved to New York City and began bartending in Brooklyn. He became the head bartender at the acclaimed Japanese izakaya Karasu in 2017. After the pandemic, Chris changed paths again and joined the one Michelin starred Crown shy, two Michelin starred Saga and Top50 rated Overstory in 2021.
