October 2, 2017Counterpoint sang at my wedding and it was EPIC! From the start in working with them they were so professional, accommodating and kind. They learned a song for us, and emailed us previews of them practicing. The day of the wedding their performance was incredible. Our guests were shocked and so impressed. I cannot thank Counterpoint enough for their performance.

April 24, 2017Counterpoint provided a beautiful A Cappella performance for annual Presence Home Care Homebound Elderly Program and Volunteer Luncheon. Our group was in awe as we enjoyed the awesome singing abilities of each of the singers, from soprano to percussion, using their beautiful voices and tremendous talent. Just an awesome performance! Counterpoint's performances appeal to all age groups, and our luncheon participants ranged in age from 8 to 96 years of age. All of our participants were in agreement that they were superb and hope that they will be available for our annual event next April. Thank you so much for a terrific performance. We really had an awesome time!

April 3, 2017We had Counterpoint to sing the National Anthem for a major event for our company and they were great. Prior to the event they made sure all their t's were crossed and i's were dotted. The morning of the event, they texted us to say they were on their way to our venue and then texted again when they arrived. They did a quick walk through and then hung out until the event started. They did an amazing rendition of the National Anthem! After their performance they thanked us and departed. About an hour after their performance I received another text thanking us again for using them and wanted to make sure all was satisfactory. As I said, very professional and talented group of college kids.

We are also ready and willing to arrange and perform specific songs you request. No matter what, we will provide you with a vivacious, tight, and entertaining set of originally arranged acapella music!
Counterpoint is Loyola University's competitive co-ed acapella group! We focus our energy on competitions around the United States as well as doing gigs in the Chicagoland area. We arrange and perform a diverse range of music and hope to share our music with you!
We utilize microphones for each of our 9 current members. However, we do not require they be used.

Pentatonix is the largest influence on our music. They are a unique, extremely innovative, and talented popular acapella group that performed on the television show "The Sing Off" and now tour the country and record CDs. Each of our members provides us with a fantastically unique background in not only musical abilities, but in musical tastes. Therefore, we are able to draw upon each other's wide range of musical influences.
