Additional booking notes
For most situations, all that is required is access to power. Preferably 15-20amp dedicated circuit, or at least no electrically noisy appliances like a refrigerator.
For remote locations, like a wedding ceremony on the beach, I have a portable battery that can supply power for up to 3 hours.
Preferred stage is in the 10'x10' ball park. However, depending on venue and event, I can fit into a surprisingly compact area.

Influences and inspiration
Storytelling is the common thread running through all my musical influences—they're all masters at crafting songs that pull you into a vivid emotional world, whether through lyrics, melody, or raw energy.
My journey started in early childhood with: Michael W. Smith (my first dream was to write and perform like him), Michael Jackson, Kenny G, and Mariah Carey—artists who told big, heartfelt stories with soaring emotion and pop magic.
In my teen years, I gravitated toward more intense, introspective narratives from DC Talk, Limp Bizkit, Metallica, Linkin Park, Switchfoot, and Creed—raw tales of struggle, faith, and rebellion.
Junior and senior year of high school marked a shift when I discovered Dave Matthews Band, John Mayer bootlegs, Dashboard Confessional, and Avril Lavigne. This era sparked my first song—a love song for my then-girlfriend (now wife)—as those artists showed me how personal stories could come alive through guitar and voice.
During college at Berklee (studying Songwriting and Film Scoring), I dove deep into Dave Matthews Band (learning nearly every song), added Jason Mraz and Sara Bareilles for their playful, rhythmic storytelling, and unexpectedly fell in love with Romantic era classical composers like Beethoven and Mozart—their dramatic, wordless narratives expanded how I think about evoking feeling through music alone.
Today, I appreciate all genres, but I especially love pop for its sing-along hooks, stellar production, and relatable storytelling. Current favorites include Ed Sheeran, Olivia Dean, Coldplay, Michael Bublé, and Maroon 5.
These storytellers inspire my versatile acoustic sets: faithful covers that honor the original narratives, blended with my own originals to create cozy, emotional connections—whether for a romantic wedding moment, relaxed restaurant gig, or any event where music needs to feel genuine and memorable.
