What to expect

Expect a high energy, interactive session tailored to your workplace. All fitness levels are welcome, no equipment is required, and everything is fully guided. I lead your team through mobility work, posture resets, light conditioning, team challenges, or stress-relief techniques depending on the session you choose.

My goal is simple: leave your team feeling energized, connected, and ready to perform at a higher level.

I’m Jean Claude, a certified personal trainer, strength coach, and wellness educator who specializes in high energy corporate wellness and movement-based team building. I’ve spent over 10 years helping people move better, feel stronger, and build confidence through simple, effective training.

Stronger Teams Workplace Fitness™ blends functional movement, athletic conditioning, and guided mobility to help companies reduce burnout, boost morale, and keep employees performing at their best. Every session is designed to be fun, engaging, and accessible to all fitness levels.

Additional booking notes

No equipment is required.
I can run sessions indoors or outdoors. A clear open space is recommended (boardroom, studio, gym, classroom, empty office, or conference space) . For virtual sessions, Zoom or Google Meet links can be used. Sessions are adaptable for clothing, footwear, and varied fitness levels.

My work is influenced by modern sports performance training, functional movement systems, corporate wellness research, and team-building principles used in elite athletic environments.

Small open space 10x10 minimum
