Coquito Band is a five-piece Latin acoustic ensemble based in San Antonio, Texas. It is known for delivering vibrant, high-quality live performances filled with sabor and soul. Formed in 2023, the band brings together experienced musicians with a shared passion for Latin music and creating unforgettable moments through sound.

Blending traditional and modern Latin rhythms, Coquito Band specializes in acoustic interpretations of salsa, merengue, bachata, cumbia, and reggaetón. Their sound is rooted in rich vocal harmonies, rhythmic guitar work, and dynamic percussion that gets any crowd moving—whether it’s an intimate gathering or a full-scale celebration.

Whether you’re planning a cultural celebration or just want to dance the night away, Coquito Band brings the perfect blend of rhythm and heart.

To ensure the best performance quality and smooth setup, we kindly request the following:

🔌 Power & Stage Area

Access to at least two (2) grounded power outlets near the performance area
A clear, covered performance space (minimum 12 ft x 10 ft) for our 5-piece band
If outdoors, shaded or tented area is required for equipment and musician protection
🔊 Sound System (if not provided by Coquito Band)

PA system with at least 2 full-range speakers and 1 subwoofer (if possible)
Minimum of 5 XLR microphone inputs
Stage monitors for musicians (2 minimum, 3 preferred)
Access to a mixer (digital or analog) with EQ and volume control
If the event is large, a dedicated sound technician is highly recommended
🎤 Backline/Equipment (if not bringing our own)

2 vocal microphones with stands
1 guitar DI or amp
Percussion mics (if applicable)
⏱️ Setup Time

Minimum 60–90 minutes for soundcheck and setup before guests arrive
15–20 minutes break between sets (if multiple sets)
