Overview
My speaking events cover mindfulness practices using breath work. Simplifying meditation with sound science teaching my audiences a basic understanding of quantum physics, epigenetics & the mind body connection. This practice of mindfulness has allowed me to overcome addiction from fentanyl to depression. My energetic approach to mindfulness has allowed my students and audiences feel empower with the tools to make real change in their life’s.
