Overview

I help audiences respond with humor and practical wisdom to the moments when life goes off script.
I’m a keynote speaker who combines improvisational comedy and Stoic philosophy (yes, really) to deliver engaging, funny, and meaningful talks that help people navigate change with more confidence. Whether you're planning a corporate event, conference, or team retreat, I bring a fresh take on resilience, leadership, and connection.

Clients book me because I don’t just entertain—I equip. Your audience will laugh, reflect, and leave with practical tools they’ll actually remember and use. Plus, I make life easy for event planners: punctual, prepared, and always collaborative.

What to expect

Audiences see a speaker who’s engaging, quick on his feet, and genuinely funny—but who also brings real depth. I blend improvisational comedy, sharp storytelling, and timeless Stoic wisdom to create talks that are equal parts entertaining and practical. Whether I’m speaking to corporate teams, educators, or public sector professionals, I make the experience feel tailored, meaningful, and memorable.

Clients get a true partner in the process—someone who’s easy to work with, communicative, and committed to making their event a success. I show up early, stay flexible, and deliver a talk that hits the tone you’re looking for: energizing, thoughtful, and useful long after the applause.

About

Connor Wentling is a Marine Corps veteran with 14 years of service and a Master’s in Organizational Leadership, where he studied how humor can strengthen leadership, connection, and performance. With a unique blend of stand-up comedy, improv, and philosophy—especially Stoicism as a practical, action-oriented mindset—Connor helps organizations lead with clarity, navigate change, and build stronger, more resilient teams.

Through engaging keynotes and interactive workshops, he shows audiences how to apply timeless wisdom and the power of humor to real-world challenges in leadership, communication, and team dynamics.

When he’s not speaking, Connor stays busy as a husband, dad of four, youth coach, and lifelong student of both laughter and learning.
