March 21, 2024Collen was great! She was very responsive to emails throughout the planning stages of the event, and she got all needed information to me on time. On the day of the event, she was early and was ready to speak at her time. After I quickly glanced over the evaluations, I see that attendees mentioned only good things about her session. -- Overall, great!

May 4, 2018Colleen is very knowledgeable in our area of work and she offered suggestions of how we can maintain our professionalism. She kept the audience engaged and encouraged participation. She shared personal experiences and she added humor. Colleen provided a substantial amount of valuable information that Administrative Professionals can use in their daily work environment. One of the best aspects of the conference is that Colleen walked around the conference room and had a short conversation with the audience. She was very friendly and willing to share her knowledge and experience.
