*Live Wedding Painting on Canvas*
On the wedding day, I’ll arrive with my assistant 2–3 hours before the ceremony to begin painting the background of the special location. Popular moments couples choose to capture include the first dance, first kiss, the “I do” exchange, or walking down the aisle. When that moment happens, I capture photos and video references so I can bring the scene to life throughout the night.
My assistant also films for social media—she captures the painting’s progress (which guests love to see online afterward!) and will record the big surprise reveal for the couple.
I paint live for up to 8 hours, and as the wedding flows from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception, I move my easel along with the celebration so guests can always enjoy watching the painting unfold. By the end of the evening, the artwork is usually 50–70% complete, depending on the canvas size and number of subjects.
After the event, I bring the painting back to my studio to add fine details, faces, and varnish. My pricing always includes the bride and groom, with the option to add a beloved pet.
To secure the date, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required, with the remaining balance due two weeks before the wedding (payment plans of 2–3 installments are available).
Your guests will be entertained, the couple will have a timeless keepsake, and you’ll get to watch a once-in-a-lifetime memory captured on canvas right before your eyes!
*Live Guest Portraits: *
I paint your guests live at the event, with each portrait including up to two people, finished with a touch of sparkle, and placed in a protective sleeve so it’s ready to take home. On average, I complete 5–7 portraits per hour (about 30 portraits in a 5-hour booking).
• Full Party Completion Option: For larger guest counts, I offer the option to finish remaining portraits in my studio afterward at a reduced rate of $25 per portrait. These are mailed back in time for thank-you cards so every guest can have a keepsake.
• Personalized Touches: I can pre-paint the bridal party, parents, or closest loved ones before the event to ensure they’re highlighted and displayed on the big day.
• Organized Experience: My assistant keeps the process flowing by greeting guests, snapping reference photos, and filming behind-the-scenes moments so I can focus on painting. Guests simply stop by, pose for a quick photo, and pick up their finished artwork later in the evening.
• Travel-Friendly: While I’m based in Florida, I love traveling for weddings and events. Travel stipends or accommodations may apply depending on location.
