Thank you for your feedback on the presentation yesterday. We would like to kindly address your review as we take it all very seriously.

We have hundreds of 5 star reviews across many of our platforms applauding Caitlynn on her patience and ability to handle children well. She can only do so much and after a certain point where the children are yelling at her after she's politely asked them to raise their hands if they have a question, the respect should come from theparenting of the parents who are in attendance. She is there to teach the children about these amazing creatures but she can't do that effectively if she's being yelled at and interrupted repeatedly after asking multiple times to raise your hand and to please not yell as it could scare the animals.
