Coach tailors each of his engagements to the needs of his audience. His diverse background offers him the ability to connect with diverse crowds at entry level and expert levels. He works with youth, reentry, drug rehabilitation centers, corporations, nonprofits, churches and charities. He is a giver of knowledge and an adversity specialist. He motivates and provides the framework for application that will effectuate positive change.

From the streets to the stage! From pain to purpose! Yoshiyahu Yisrael is professionally known across the nation as Coach Yoshi. He is living proof that your past does not define your future. Coach Yoshi was born in Bridgeport, Connecticut. His early years were marked by struggle. He grew up in foster homes and, due to his lack of guidance, quickly became intrigued with the “street life.” He joined a gang in search of solace and recognition. He found himself in a downward spiral as he became addicted to the quick money of selling drugs. With quick money and notoriety at the tips of his fingers, life was great! Until he was imprisoned. God used this period of incarceration to change the path that was set for Yoshi. Since then, he has never looked back.

Today he stands as the voice of transformation, the drive for motivation, and the mirror for personal development. He has over a decade of experience coaching and mentoring people to unlock the best version of themselves. He inspires audiences around the world with his raw truth, unshakable faith, and unbreakable drive.

With a passion for continuous growth, he is currently attending the Next Level Speakers Academy. Yoshi has mastered the art of reaching hearts, rebuilding mindsets, and reigniting purpose. He seeks positive means by which change can be effectuated to better the community around him. As he
was once homeless he now brings a renewed hope to the drug dealer, troubled youth, broken men and weary women.

Coach Yoshi is on a mission for the nation to break cycles, restore families, and build leaders. With a background in politics, he has proven to be a voice to the voiceless as he campaigned for civic change as a city councilman & state senator. His transformation is not just personal; it is generational. As a family man, he is determined that his children will not have the same pitfalls of life.

Yoshi is a recording gospel artist and music producer; he uses the power of melody and storytelling to lift spirits and glorify God. He is also the author of the powerful book entitled “Losing is Not an Option. ”A book of resilience, redemption, and relentless faith.
Coach Yoshi travels the world, igniting hope and pushing limits. Teaching others how to rewrite their story. He spreads this message to schools, churches, prisons, and on the global stage.
