As a Certified Coach, Speaker and Trainer, my passion lies in helping others.

Over the past decade I have had the honor and privilege to add value to others through various avenues, using leadership practices that have created growth in individuals and families while obtaining results they never imagined. Every walk of my life (i.e. sports, military, family, education, etc.) has built my leadership framework.

Having obtained a BS/MA Leadership I have been exposed to numerous leadership methods. From that knowledge, I have built my leadership methods around the transformational and servant leadership methodologies. I believe serving others, bringing about change is one of the most rewarding things an individual can do while they inhabit Earth. My studies, along with hard work, have afforded me the opportunity to become a successful College Recruiter and Career/College Coach within the education industry, motivating individuals and teams by breaking down barriers and overcoming insurmountable circumstances to become successful individuals within society, reminding them to pay it forward.

When I conduct speaking/training engagements I intertwine content with real life stories to drive home points of emphasis. Additionally, while all things remain professional we do enjoy laughter along the way.

FOR SPEAKING/TRAINING PROGRAMS
Requirements:
- a quality sound system
- a lapel mic and a wireless handheld mic for audience participation (if needed)
- a screen and projector (Laptop I will provide)
- the audience must be seated appropriately
- for large audiences that will be seated in an auditorium or theater lighting needs to be set so individuals can be visible
