Clifton Street Regulars are a jazz, blues and bossa nova cover band from Oakland, California. We have been together for more than a decade playing for audiences in restaurants, bars, cafes, street fairs and private events. November 5, 2024My wife and I had the pleasure of seeing the Clifton Street Regulars perform about a month ago at Im Moment Kaffee in Oakland. Highly enjoyable. They played a variety of jazz and Spanish tinged pieces, all with expert musicianship and a relaxed, easygoing flair. The female vocalist was excellent. Although ny wife and I have somewhat different musical tastes, we both enjoyed it greatly. A very versatile band that has wide appeal.

October 25, 2024Their set was a perfect blend of classic standards and original compositions, showcasing not only their technical skill but also their deep passion for the genres. They created a beautiful space with their warm energy, groovy music with our fun atmosphere. Each instrumental stood out and all of our customers deeply appreciated and enjoyed the experience of their uniqueness. They will be one of our main bands to perform frequently... big fans!!!!

October 11, 2024That Clifton Street Regulars had performed at my restaurant Rudys Can’t Fail Cafe in Emeryville several times. They are a crowd favorite. They play a great selection of swing, Latin and ballads. They have great instrumentalists and vocalists in their group. I highly recommend them for anyone looking to book a jazz ensemble.

Several members have attended he Jazz School in Berkeley, California, and our pianist is a graduate of the Berklee School of Music in Boston.
