Claudio did a wonderful job for my son's wedding reception. He was very easy to work with and accommodating and his playing was wonderful! Many guests remarked at how lovely the music was.
We will use him again at a future event!
Outstanding and personable. All my guests really enjoyed his music. He was very accommodating, on time, and professional. I'll have him return for a couple more of my garden parties!
Claudio is a very gifted and talented performer. His style is technically flawless without compromising emotion or mood. He and his guitar created the perfect atmosphere for my wife's graduation party. Moreover, he was very pleasant, accommodating and professional in all our interactions. We will not hesitate to hire Claudio again for future events. If you want infuse added heart and class to your event, I suggest you do the same.
Claudio is a very talented and gracious artist. He exhibited great range and sensitivity in his playing and was an absolute pleasure to work with.

We will definitely use Claudio for our next event!
Claudio arrived an hour before the event to set-up. His music is so beautiful. It was the perfect background music for our event. His services would be great for winery events! Very classy both in appearance and sound.
Claudio was very professional, accommodating and provided very relaxing music for our office Christmas party paired with a bachelor party. Would hire him again.
Claudio played perfect background music for a 70th birthday party held in the private room of a restaurant in Woodside, CA. He communicated well prior to the date of the party, was on-time, courteous, fit in with the party beautifully, and treated everyone to several hours of very special music. I would highly recommend him!
Claudio played two sets at our garden wedding, and was a hit. We had previously made arrangements with a friend's band which fell through a few weeks before the wedding date, and so came to gigsalad. After listening to posted samples we called Claudio and we were luckily able to book him. Claudio arrived on time at our suburban Oakland address, and was self-sufficient, needing only electricity for a small amp. He played for an hour during our reception and again for a half hour at the subsequent dinner, both outdoors. While not a connoisseur, I enjoy classical guitar, and Claudio sounded great. Several guests also told me they loved the music, which formed a background for conversation, food and wine in our garden. Being an open air event the music could be heard clearly or less so depending on position, and did not interfere with socializing. We had asked for, and got, almost all classical pieces.
We are so glad we decided to go with Claudio. He was so amazing playing the guitar. It worked out so perfect, we gave him a couple songs and the rest was basically up to him and it was smooth. He knows exactly what to do, we highly recommend Claudio. We requested a specic song that he did not know how to play when we met before the wedding and took the time to learn it. He aced it, it was perfect. Thanks Claudio for making our wedding special.
Over the past decade I have repeatedly hired Claudio to play for sketch artists at the academy where I work. It is a wonderful experience to be able to capture an artist at his craft in tandem with the exquisite melodies he produces. His music is an absolute pleasure to listen to and affects a soulful languid environment. He has shown himself to be consistently charming and professional in demeanor and we all look forward to when we see him next.
I heard Claudio play at a party in SF years ago and bought a
couple of his CD's. His classical guitar pieces are beautifully
played, deep and meditative. I listen to them a lot. My girlfriend
also loves them. Last year she hired Claudio to play at the grand
opening of her healing center. The music was the perfect background
for the event, and a number of us ended up sitting near Claudio and
talking while he played. I highly recommend him!
Claudio was absolutely wonderful! I hired him to play classical guitar for a formal dinner party in February. He is very talented and played a variety of beautiful songs. His music created such a relaxing atmosphere and he looks so good playing! He was very friendly and professional. He had a wonderful presence!
I hired Claudio to play classical guitar at a very special event- my husband's birthday party. My husband is a great lover of classical music in general, and finding Claudio was the best present I could have given him.
Claudio is exceptionally talented and he plays with guitar from his heart. We all felt like we were sitting in a piazza in Italy. Also, Claudio's handsome appearance and European manner definitely added to the delight we all felt with his beautiful performance

What to Expect
Before the planned event, we will discuss the setting for the event, timeframe, your guitar piece preferences (if any), and any other desires you may have.
I always show up early for the event to ensure sufficient time for set up and a timely start time for performing.
I prefer to play from a simple chair. I may need a power outlet for my small amplifier.
Born in London (UK ) and of Italian decent, I started playing classical guitar in my teens when I moved to the U.S. studying with John Pignataro, a renowned jazz and classical guitarist from New York.
Music has always been my main interest and passion, exploring new genres, writing and composing numerous alternative rock songs and music videos to satisfy my creative thirst. My main love has always been classical music. Playing a piece written by a well known composer is to get inside his, hers head, and feel the mood expressed by someone other than myself. It is different from creating something out of nothing, and equally fulfilling.
My classical guitar repertoire consists of many well known pieces ranging from Bach to romantic movie themes. It also includes beautiful pieces composed by unknown classical guitar players who share their work on social media. Old and new, I bring it all to satisfy my clients needs and make their special day, indeed special.
In addition to playing classical guitar for private events, I have had the pleasure of doing freelance work for the Art University in San Francisco for the past 16 years. This includes performing classical guitar in classrooms in the Illustration department, creating an inspiring environment for art students.
Whether a wedding, special dinner party, private business function, or other event, I look forward to making it special and memorable!
