Classy Jazz DJ with Live Sax & Flute
Overview
Bring the sophisticated energy of a Manhattan lounge to your private event. Hi, my name is Meg, and I specialize in Jazz House, a modern fusion of live sax/flute improvisation over deep house, lounge, and downtempo beats. It is the perfect balance: upbeat enough to keep the energy high, but classy enough for a cocktail hour or high-end corporate gathering.
What I Offer:
- Vibe: Classy, Elegant, Cool. Think "Sunset on a rooftop bar."
- Experience: With a Masters in Music and over 12+ years of gigging experience, I've played at corporate events for NYC Tech Week, Hyatt, Partiful, and others.
- Professionalism: I take pride in arriving early, communicating clearly, and top-notch musicality.

What to expect
During the set, I'll be DJing tracks and playing live saxophone over top. Depending on the event, I can prioritize either "hyping" up the crowd by playing sax on the dance floor, or I can play it from behind the DJ deck for background music.
Before the event, we will discuss your musical preferences to ensure the playlist and live sax matches your vision. I'll arrive early to every soundcheck to make sure everything runs smoothly. I'll either bring my own equipment or use in-house equipment.
About
Hi, I'm Meg! I specialize in a hybrid performance that weaves soulful, live saxophone over custom DJ sets.
Instead of hiring (and coordinating) two separate artists, I provide a seamless, all-in-one solution. Whether you need a sophisticated Jazz House vibe for cocktail hour or a "Hype Sax" player to flood the dance floor with energy, I curate the perfect soundtrack for every moment.
I've played corporate events for:
The Pierre Hotel
Partiful
Grand Hyatt
Maxwell Social Club
NYC Tech Week
Additional booking notes
I will need access to a speaker system.
