Lighting:
While I bring professional lighting equipment when needed, well-lit environments greatly enhance the quality of both photos and video. For indoor or evening events, please inform me in advance if the venue has limited lighting, so I can prepare accordingly.
Access to Power:
For events requiring extensive video coverage or lighting setups, I will need access to a reliable power source near the shooting area.
Staging & Setup:
A small designated space for gear storage and equipment setup is appreciated, especially for full-day events. For video shoots that involve interviews, speeches, or staged moments, quiet locations are preferred for optimal audio and focus.
Sound:
For videography, I use high-quality microphones and audio recorders. If the event involves live speeches or performances, access to the venue’s sound system or a feed from the audio board is helpful to capture clean audio.
Turnaround Time:
Final edited photos are typically delivered within 7 days. Video delivery times vary by project length but usually range between 2–4 weeks. Rush delivery options are available.
