I’ve actually had the pleasure of working with Amanda on quite a few events, primarily in the entertainment, nightlife, and festival space. Most often she’s hired me as a DJ, but shes also been a fire performer at my events, rented gear from me, and even consulted with me early on in her career.

Amanda is amongst the best event organizers I’ve worked with and is a true gem on this side of the rockies. I say this lightly as i have over 2 decades of experience operating in this space all over the mid and southwest, Mountain states, and California; having worked on hundreds of events as well as personally organized ~50 events. I would tap her in over myself to manage any non-technical(i specialize in sound, lighting and AV) aspect of my own event without hesitation.

Amanda really excels in her ability to communicate, stay organized, delegate and manage those delegations effectively. She pays attention to details. Unlike many, if not most organizers doing unique events in Nightlife space (myself included); Amanda’s events almost never have that stressful last minute push to put out fires and plug up holes because she is constantly following up with everyone to ensure nothing is slipping through the cracks; addressing the issues as they come up instead of waiting for them to reveal themselves at staging.

Finally Amanda always brings creative ideas to the table, and/or recruits an excellent team then provides a platform for their creativity to manifest itself. The events that Amanda puts together are always inspiring and engaging for the attendees as well as all those involved with putting it on. Shes easy to work with, personable, good at building and sticking to a budget…. I could go on…

Long story short here is that if you’re considering hiring Amanda to coordinate, manage, or plan any aspect of an event or even the whole thing and her services are within your budget: u can feel confident in making that decision. I 100% vouch for this little lady and am certain that you will be more than pleased that you chose her to work with.
