My life has been marked by expressive arts, creativity, worship, a desire to help others, a desire for personal growth and education, and a desire to know God more deeply and understand His work in my life.

The road I’ve walked has been carved out of the ashes of narcissism and emotional, verbal, and sexual abuse. Those experiences have helped shape me into the empathetic, altruistic, empowered person, professional, and Christ follower I am today.

After a diverse 25-year career in marketing communications and graphic design, I felt a career shift. My personal experiences in therapy, coaching and spiritual direction paved the way for me to realize that I wanted to help courageous and creative women navigate their own journeys through life coaching.

I completed my initial coach training with Northeast Ohio’s Fluxify and became credentialed as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I regularly participate in continuing education through ICF and the World Business & Executive Summit (WBECS).

In addition to my coaching practice, I also provide pro bono coaching and facilitate workshops in partnership with national and global organizations like United World Coaches, Women of Impact Alliance and Faith+Lead to help emerging leaders, humanitarian workers and ministry leaders overcome obstacles, celebrate their accomplishments and realize their brilliant potential.

In addition to my coaching credential, I received a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Cleveland State University and completed coursework at Ashland Theological Seminary. Passionate about creative arts and worship, I also lead worship, create fine art, speak, and write songs.
