We had the chance to get Chris on September, 12. He did a fantastic job, and was instrumental in helping us put the concert together. We highly recommend his services! We know that we will be getting him again in the future. James Grant, Westmoreland TN

REVIEWS:

"Chris offers a wide range of Gospel music. He has heart-felt songs to ones that are light-hearted to ones that make you want to get out of your seat and praise Jesus. He is genuine and honest and means what he sings. There is nothing fake when it comes to Chris and his music. He gives God all the glory for his talent. You can expect to be entertained, lifted up, and challenged in your walk with God. He sings some older hymns as well as songs that have never before been recorded. Through his variety in music choices, he reaches both the younger and the older audience." - Denise

"A professional Gospel singer that sings with heart! Takes time to minister to the needs of the audience when compelled. His humor interjected in the message he sings about while spreading His word through music and personality" - Shanna

About

Chris was born in Charleston, WV. He grew up in Ripley, WV (believe it or not!) where he developed a love for Southern Gospel Music by hearing a local gospel group called the Homebound Gospel Quartet. Those 4 men never knew the impact they had on Chris and his love for Southern Gospel music.

After college, Chris started out ministering as a chaplain for International Union Rescue Gospel Missions. While he would be doing his duties in the office, he would take some weeks to go and sing in churches in the West Virginia region. While traveling, Chris has stood on the same stage with many other great Gospel Music artists and preachers. Traveling for over 15 years in Southern Gospel Music as a soloist, or singing with Gospel groups, Chris says, “I still love setting up the sound system because it is another opportunity to make an impact in a life for the cause of Christ. Plus, having many friends and your family always makes it easier to do this when you know they are holding you up in prayer, cheering you on every day."

Chris ultimately could not do what he does without the support of his family, mentors, and fans. When they know and enjoy what Chris does, he says it makes so much easier to travel all the miles.

“I love what I do, and I do what I love,” Chris says.

Chris has been awarded various awards throughout the Gospel Music industry, but ultimately he knows that it is all about the ministry of Gospel music and the change it can make in a person's life. That is and will always be the focus on doing what he loves.
