LOGO
We will need a copy of your company or association’s “logo” to insert into our presentation. We’ll feature this logo prominently in a few different spots in our slide playlist throughout the program. Feel free to send us either a corporate logo, the group’s particular regional / divisional logo, or a logo that you’ve had specifically designed to reflect your meeting theme.

Please save the logo in an Adobe Photoshop file, .jpeg, or .gif format and title the logo file with your company name. Ex: “ABC-logo” and e-mail to (email hidden)

VIDEO RECORDING: We do not allow clients to record our presentations. Taping or recording of copyrighted material and its intellectual property for use as a training tool, or as a presentation to other employees as a substitute for the purchase of any of our products is strictly prohibited and will be considered an infringement of Shoshin Consulting, copyright protected.

We may grant permission to videotape clips of the presentation for a highlight tape or archival purposes, with the agreement that you send one master copy of any tape or recording to Shoshin Consulting 8761 N 56th St #16526 Temple Terrace FL 33617. Please let us know if you would like to videotape the Program.
AV REQUIREMENTS: Our program utilizes cutting-edge graphics requiring a fairly detailed list of Audio Visual equipment. Per our contract, we require an “Audio Visual technician” to be on hand throughout our program to assist as needed. Please forward this list of required Audio Visual items to your vendor. If your AV vendor has any questions, please have them contact your Program Lead Speaker.

• Shawn will run his presentation in Mac Keynote with embedded videos and graphics, using custom fonts and video. We require the ability to advance our own slides/videos, for the best audience experience, the AV team will not have the ability to do so.
• (FOR LIVE EVENTS) A minimum of one video projector (rear screen or forward imaging) compatible with HDMI-equipped laptops. Minimum of 3,000 lumens is requested.
• Screen compatible with projector / room size
• One wireless lavaliere microphones and one wireless handheld microphone as a backup
• Audio amplification / sound system interfaced with the computer and microphones. We will need a 1/8-inch stereo mini-port audio adapter for our laptop
• (FOR LIVE EVENTS) Appropriate staging compatible with room and audience size (8’ x 16’ minimum)
• (FOR LIVE EVENTS) A podium on the side of the stage where Shawn will set his laptop, run the live survey software and advance his slides
• (FOR LIVE EVENTS) We DO require Shawn have access to the AV’s wifi (separate from attendee/conference wifi) for live-stage polling

AUDIO VISUAL TECHNICIAN: In addition to having the AV technician on hand during the Program, for live events we will also need the same technician (if possible) the afternoon/evening prior to the Program for a thorough rehearsal (usually 5pm or 6pm or 5am or 6am) a minimum of one or two hours before the program for a “final” check.

AUDIO VISUAL CHECK
This is potentially the most important part of any program. We require 30-45 minutes prior to your attendees entering the room so that we can test the visual and audio setup, dry run all slides, and test the live survey platform to ensure it works for attendees.
