July 10, 2025Clown Takes Music World by Storm!
We needed a special guest for one week of our summer camps and I saw Chickabilly Chick online and thought it would be a fun experience for the kids with music and a clown. The show, in a nutshell, is a music show with a clown and that's about it. It's great for what it is, if you are looking for strictly music and sing-a-long songs. Don't expect much in terms of comedy, tricks, or all around buffoonery like a traditional clown would have as this show is strictly based on music and really holds to that. The kids seemed to have fun at the beginning, but as the show kept going, they started to wane a little bit as there was not much variety.
Chickabilly Chick was on time and very friendly, but seemed a bit nervous, which is natural. She was good with the kids and had them play instruments as well. At the end of the show, our staff helped blow up balloons to give out to the kids.
Overall, if you are looking for a clown that plays music, this is a good one. If you are looking for a clown that does a variety act, you may want to book someone else.

Chickabilly Chick's exciting sing-along-songs played at the keyboard or “keytar” and guitar will have the whole birthday party singing, dancing and having fun while they are creating and learning how to keep the musical beat with musical percussion toys that Chickabilly Chick brings to the party. Chickabilly Chick will create a fun filled environment to encourage all party guests to participate!
Chickabilly Chick includes everyone including the parents in the Hokie Pokie, musical chairs, and more making all party guest want to sing and dance with joy!
Chickabilly Chick can paint faces and turn little girls into butterlies and princesses or boys into lions, tigers and puppies. Then, Chickabilly Chick then makes balloon animals including doggies, giraffes, flowers, long neck dinosaurs, and swords.
For the show finale, Chickabilly Chick also sits for pictures and plays and sings a Big Happy Birthday Song! Chickabilly Chick signs autographs for the kids and sings a special song for the birthday girl or boy! On leaving Chickabilly Chick tosses candy wildly into the room and slips out the door.
"Chickabilly Chick Rocks Kids Show" is great for children's parties with mixed groups of boys and girls or if it’s a boys only party perfect for the 10 and under age group.
