Sara Sitzer is a professional cellist who performs all over Chicago and its surrounding areas. She is a member of Chicago Q Ensemble, the Elgin Symphony, the Northwest Indiana Symphony, and she frequently plays with the Milwaukee Symphony and Firebird Chamber Orchestra in Miami. Sara received her Masters in Cello Performance from the University of Wisconsin and her Bachelors in Cello Performance from Boston University.
Richard Evans is a professional cellist and instructor. He teaches private and group cello lessons through the Music Academy in Rockford and the Knight Music Academy in Lake Zurich. He also regularly performs with the Rockford Symphony and Mendelssohn Club.
We are a husband and wife team and have been playing together for 10 years. When you choose us to perform at your wedding, reception, or special event, you can expect the highest degree of professionalism and quality. We are happy to offer you a free consultation, during which we will help you choose the music that best fits your needs. If we don't have a specific piece or song in our repertoire that you'd like us to play, we'll be happy to arrange it for you. And on the day of the event, leave everything to us.
