HOURS
Rehearsal:
● Ceremony Rehearsal Coordinating (up to 1 hour) prior/day of Wedding Day at location of
choice
CEREMONY & RECEPTION:
● Up to 10 hours of Coordinating (includes 2-hour early arrival and up to 1 hour clean up)
● Coordinates until 12:00 am (including clean up)
**Travel-Anything over an hour will be an additional $50**
BEFORE THE WEDDING DAY
● A minimum of 2 Details Meetings 30-45 days prior to Wedding Day (Facetime) with
ALL clients is preferable.
● Assists in finalizing the Before Ceremony & Reception Schedule (will get clients’
approval for Final schedule)
● Assists in creating a Ceremony chart line up (will get clients approval for Final chart)
● Contacts all Vendors prior to Wedding providing the clients approved Wedding Day
schedule, floor plan, etc. and CC’s contact info for day of the Wedding POC
● Communicate via email, text, phone call to finalize all plans.
● Assist in creating the seating chart
ON WEDDING DAY BUT BEFORE THE CEREMONY &/OR RECEPTION?
● 2-hour Early arrival to ensure Ceremony/Reception set up is accurate & complete
o Included services for setting up:
▪ Signage in front entrance to ceremony & other*
▪ Signage in front of the entrance to reception & other*
▪ Signage for gift table
▪ Signage for memory table
▪ Unity Candle/Sand Ceremony set Ups.
▪ Sign in book.
▪ Party favors at the front entrance or on tables (CC ensures all guests
receive one)
▪ Menu cards
▪ Name plates.
▪ Table numbers
▪ Ensures all groomsmen/Dads/grandfathers/etc. have Boutonnieres on &
accurate.
▪ Ensures all bridesmaids/Moms/grandmothers/etc. have appropriate
corsages/ bouquets.
▪ Ensure flower girls have their baskets/flower petals.
▪ Ensures Ring bearers have ring props (CC will ask who has the rings)
▪ Placing toasting flutes at head table/cake table (CC will provide clients
requested drinks for toasting)
▪ Places special utensils, plates & napkins for cake cutting.
▪ Assist in handing final payments to vendors and or tips.
● 2-hour Early arrival to oversee Vendor set up is accurate & complete
● Coordinates First Look with Groom discusses with photographers/videographers.
● Coordinates First Look with Dad/Mom discusses with photographers/videographers.
● Ensures timeline of photos is being met & ensures overall success of pre ceremony
events.
ON THE WEDDING DAY: CEREMONY
● Help set up décor.
● Coordinates bridal party lineup for Ceremony entrance & ensures overall success of the
ceremony.
● Opens Doors for Bride entrance.
Coordinates with DJ for music queues
● Coordinates exit to the reception site
● Ushers’ bridal party to the discussed meeting place, after the ceremony.
● Ceremony cleans up*
ON WEDDING DAY: RECEPTION & COCKTAIL
● Coordinates bridal party lineup for the Grand Entrance into the reception & ensuring
overall success of the reception.
● Communicate with all vendors for all timing of events due to schedule changes, meets
with DJ to discuss names are pronounced correctly for Grand Entrance
● Maintains a timeline for reception while coordinating with all event vendors to help
facilitate the timeline & get approval from clients for the next events.
● Checks on clients frequently ensure that needs are being met.
● Coordinates the Grand Exit, special last dances, props for grand exit, and ushers’ guests
to grand exit site.
● Regularly checks restrooms for cleanliness.
CLEAN UP AFTER RECEPTION
o Included Services CC will assist family/bridal party:
▪ Organizing all décor into containers
▪ Ensure everyone is out of the venue at the contracted time.
▪ Make sure no items are left behind.
▪ Ensure all rooms are cleaned according to venue standards.
Services NOT included: Please discuss with DeeDee at Cherry Creek for additional

● Set Up of Linens, Chairs, Runners, Centerpieces.*
● Coordinate pictures after the ceremony.
● Handing out gifts to bridesmaids/groomsmen/parents/Bride & Groom, etc.

I have 10 acres in Shepherd, TX. My husband and I love it. It is so peaceful, except all the critters make noises at night. But I feel almost like I am camping in the woods every night as well.
We have chickens, baby ducks & a goose named Henrietta. We will be adding to the flock in the near future. We also have a Great Pyrenees named Precious. She loves being the protector of all the fowl. She lies right in the middle of them while they peck all around her.
