May 5, 2021Chef Myles was a pro from start to finish. 20 minute response time mentioned in another review is accurate. He showed confidence in his ability and quality, and earned the business with communication, timely menu proposal, and reasonable cost. We were able to tweak his draft menu to meet dietary requests quickly and easily. The end product included set up, breakdown, and delicious food cooked on the spot for our outdoor event. Not only will I hire Chef Myles again, so will a few party guests.
