Chasing Texas did a great job entertaining family and friends at our 40th anniversary party. The mix of country and blues was perfect for the mix of our friends, our children, and our grandchildren. Great dancing music for all ages; the grand kids never sat down with the upbeat, family friendly performance.
We would have them back for a encore any time.

What to expect
You can expect us to be professional, timely, friendly and courteous. We do this because we love it and we want our audience to have fun! We love playing for audiences of all ages and always keep our shows family friendly.
Included in our pricing are all travel & performance expenses and all the pro audio equipment needed for the event. Our sound equipment and stage setup can be configured to entertain as few as 50 people and up to 500 people.
We will arrive 2 hours prior to the performance, set up the PA equipment, Lighting & Instruments, run a short sound check and begin the event on time.
We accept all major Credit Cards.
About
Established in 2014 and consisting of 5 Musicians with more than a century of combined experience Chasing Texas has what it takes to make your event successful and fun! Our band members consists of....
Aaron Burch / Lead Vocals & Guitar. Aaron started playing guitar at the young age of 8 and has traveled the world performing and sharing the stage with musical greats like Ronnie Milsap, Lee Roy Parnell, Jack Ingram, The Amazing Rhythm Aces and many others. Aaron is also an accomplished Song Writer and Composer.
Arvel Walden / Drums & Vocals, Arvel comes from a musical family, most notable is his cousins Paul and Billy English of Willie Nelson's "Family" Band. Arvel is not only a Pro Level Drummer but plays multiple instruments and is a great vocalist as well.
Peter Morton / Lead Guitar & Vocals, Peter hails from El Paso and spent many years playing guitar for South Texas Blues Bands. Peter is also a Luthier and a great Blues Vocalist.
Steve Holaway / Acoustic Guitar & Vocals, Steve is our rock and drives the Rhythm of the Band and has played in numerous bands in the DFW area since he was a teenager. Steve maintains our Pro Audio Equipment and pulls the trailer to our shows.
Kenny McClure / Bass Guitar, Kenny holds down our bottom end and has performed in many DFW Bands for years playing Blues, Country, Gospel and Classic Rock. Kenny also handles the business end of the Band.
Weddings, Corporate Parties, Private Events, Festivals, Community Events, Dances and Public Venues, from Classic Country to Texas/Red Dirt Country to Blues to Southern Rock and Classic Rock we play it all with many great dance songs. We also do special requested songs.
You can expect us to be professional, timely, friendly and courteous, our goal is to make your event great in every way and we are always Family Friendly. Our sound equipment and stage setup can be configured to entertain as few as 30 people and up to over 500. We are never to loud and our Pro Audio equipment is Top Quality.
Bottom line is we love what we do, and our main objective is that our audiences have fun and enjoy our shows!
