Chaos by Candlelight

Chaos by Candlelight is a NC based hard rock band. We began our journey in the early months of January 2011. We have seen some changes since the start and made adjustments along the way. After parting ways with our long time drummer Rod Herrick the band decided it was time to really change things up and switch gears. Enter Vernon Bowers. V as we call him came in swinging....Sticks that is... We he cam aboard he completely changed the dynamic of each song. The boy is a beast on drums and at 135 lbs, he has no equal. Things really started to look up with his entrance until we were dealt a killer blow. Our dear friend and guitarist Adam Lasater broke the news the he was being stationed in Germany for 3 years. We were crushed. Not only were we losing our friend, but our guitarist. But where the Army says go, you must go... As a parting gift from Adam he suggested a close friend of his as a replacement. Enter Kenneth Lawhead. We were so please with Ken to start with because he didn't suck, but because he stepped in like he belonged with us. It was a perfect match and we couldn't be happier. Thanks Adam... So with that we began recording our first full length Album and were trying to get all of the tracks done before Adam had to ship out. It was close, but we finished all the tracks and Adam finished mixing the tracks once he got set up in Germany. We finally released our album "Disease" September 16, 2017. We were so excited. Not long after our first music video that we did with Atomic Raven Films was finally finished and was released also. So it was a fairly hectic year for us. We played some amazing shows this year to include opening for Adelitas Way and Drowning Pool. Its been very exciting. But its 2017 and its time to get out there and play some more amazing shows.
