When I speak, I like interacting with the audience. As I prepare for my presentation, I find out as much as I can about your industry and the needs of your business or your department so that my presentation will focus I’m improving the production or motivation of your employees.
My focus is to help give the tools to your employees that they already have within themselves. They just often times aren’t aware of the power that is within.
One cannot motivate another. But I’ve learned that I can teach individuals how to utilize the tools that are within them so that they can motivate themselves which is far more successful in the long run.

I don’t require any specific equipment. I’m small settings I don’t usually need sound equipment. Larger venues usually have adequate sound systems.
