Changing Courses
Overview
My name is Paul Watson, I've worked as a Recreation Therapist for over 20 years. I also served as coordinator for a large course not only working with patient and corporate groups but training and overseeing facilitators as well.
Changing Courses uses experiential learning. Experiential learning is a process where we “learn by doing” and reflect on the experience. My programs can vary considerably to meet the specific training needs of your organization. We will lead the activities and discussions that will best meet the needs of your organization.
I will offer a number of activities that will allow you group to get to better know and understand each other and learn to work together.
