What You Need To Know -
Terms & Conditions

Non-Cancellation Clause: This agreement is binding. Neither party may cancel without written mutual consent. If the artist is unable to perform due to illness, emergency, or unavoidable conflict, Miles of Smiles Entertainment will provide a qualified substitute.
Communication: Purchaser will provide a point-of-contact for the event. Entertainer will have contact info for the on-site coordinator prior to arrival. The contact person must be available via phone or text during the event.
Gratuity: Gratuity is not included in the contract amount. If you wish to tip your entertainer, tips may be given directly at the end of the performance. Our artists are grateful for your appreciation.
Breaks & Hospitality: A 15-minute personal break is allowed for every 2 hours of service. For engagements lasting 4+ hours, the artist may request a snack or light meal. This is not a strict requirement but a professional courtesy.
Important Notes

Changes to Date, Time, or Venue: Changes made after this agreement may result in cancellation, loss of talent availability, and additional charges.
Outdoor Events: In case of inclement weather, the purchaser must provide a backup plan. Failure to do so does not exempt payment obligations. Full compensation remains due regardless of weather.
Business Cards & Promotion: Unless otherwise specified, the entertainer may distribute personal business cards or promotional materials at the event.
Staging & Setup Requirements

For intuitive readers and similar entertainers:
• 1 standard-height table (24”–36” round preferred)
• 2–3 chairs
• 2 chilled water bottles or sodas per artist
• Setup should be in a quiet, comfortable space
• Cocktail-height tables are acceptable but must be discussed in advance
• Table, chairs, and beverages must be ready upon artist’s arrival

We've also entertained at private residences, exclusive country clubs, invitation-only events, and some of DFW's most sought-after restaurants and nightlife venues. We don't name private clients or residences.

We require a table with several chairs. We ask to NOT be near the dance floor, or the music and speakers as that requires we "yell" to be heard and that isn't fun for anyone. It is best that we are place in a more quiet are but one where people can see us and know we are available to them and some lighting is preferable but we have work around for that as well.
