Overview

I challenge people leaders to take a different approach when leading change. Resistance is a natural reaction to change, but by meeting some of the basic human needs such as social support, sense of belonging and appreciation, resistance can be minimized and the lasting benefits of change can be experienced. By meeting basic human needs leaders can make any change process smoother and more enjoyable.

Amazing!!

We were absolutely delighted to have Zu speak at our all-office retreat on the topic, "Your Uniqueness is the Advantage". From the moment she stepped in front of the group, her lively energy and warm presence drew everyone in. She didn’t just speak to us—she spoke with us, making the session interactive, engaging, and genuinely fun.

Her message was both inspiring and practical, encouraging each of us to embrace the strengths and qualities that make us unique. She shared real-world examples, relatable stories, and actionable strategies that made the topic come alive in a way that resonated with every person in the room.

The feedback from our team was great! Many left feeling not only inspired but also empowered to bring their authentic selves into their work and personal lives.

We highly recommend Zu to any organization looking for a dynamic, uplifting, and impactful speaker. She will leave your audience energized, motivated, and ready to see their uniqueness as their greatest asset.
