I had no idea how important it was to understand the behavior and personality of people I was trying to communicate with, as well as understanding my own behavior and personality. E.G. made the workshop educational and entertaining. He was able to get my team to engage, enjoy, comprehend and integrate the process in their communication with each other and their clients.
