September 25, 2019We worked with Cat and the Ceremonial Emcee team for a Couples Trivia session at our wedding. From the beginning, she showed a ton of diligence: her preparation work was really clear and straightforward, and she paid attention to all of the small details that mattered. Communicating with her was really easy, and she's incredibly responsive. During the big day, she shone in all the right ways an MC should -- she had just the right level of energy, making sure people would work together and be engaged, but without being over-the-top. She worked super well with the rest of the wedding team (e.g., our wedding planner)... and we even made use of her Portuguese + Spanish skills!
Cat did a wonderful job from beginning to end. We're so glad that we worked we her, and we'd recommend her in a heartbeat.

- Speak from script or emcee an event with a general plan, whichever is your preference
- Available to draft ceremonies or announcements collaboratively ahead of time as desired

Ideally, I have a dedicated microphone and mic stand, but a hand-held microphone is usually fine if there isn't much of a script to follow. Please connect me with your sound or A/V person on site so we can work together, prevent any delays, and solve problems quickly together. Also note:
- If there is a formal script to read from, a pedestal to place notes on is very helpful.
- If there will be other speakers or a Q&A session, additional mics are helpful for logistics.
