We deliver country-pop favorites, 80s & 90s throwbacks, Top 40 hits, and even unexpected fun covers like “Baby One More Time” or “Billie Jean” that get the crowd singing and dancing. We’ve built full dance sets for late-night corporate parties and created laid-back acoustic vibes for cocktail hours and private dinners.

Central Coast is a dynamic five-piece band rooted in Austin, blending country storytelling with modern pop production — built for the stage and designed to move a crowd. Formed in 2022, the band quickly became one of the most requested acts on Austin’s West 6th Street scene, thanks to their high-energy performances, genre-spanning setlists, and undeniable chemistry on stage.

Frontman Luke Nassar, formerly of Blue Apollo, brings a rich background in songwriting and performance, including past stages alongside artists like Nelly, Lawrence, and American Aquarium. After time spent writing in Nashville, Luke returned to Texas and formed Central Coast with a powerhouse lineup of Austin musicians:

Together, Central Coast delivers a polished, crowd-ready performance that moves seamlessly from Top 40 pop hits to country crossover anthems, soulful classics, and unexpected throwbacks. Their setlist might take you from Fleetwood Mac and Chris Stapleton to The Killers, Maroon 5, Taylor Swift, and Post Malone — always with a fresh twist and serious crowd engagement. Dynamic vocals can reinvigorate classic covers from Stevie Wonder and Al Green; while organic instrumentation provides a fresh take on modern pop hits from Justin Bieber or LANY. Sourcing pop and country influences from Dan + Shay to John Mayer.

They currently hold residencies at two of Austin’s premier live music venues — Rustic Tap and The Rock House — and have also been booked for high-profile private events, including the River Place Country Club Member-Guest Party, Qualia's Company Party, The Hills Country Club music series, and several regional festivals.

Whether playing to a packed bar crowd downtown or headlining a private celebration, Central Coast brings high-level musicianship, flexibility, and energy that makes every show feel personal — and every event unforgettable.

Preferred Setup: 5-piece electric band (lead vocals, guitar, bass, drums, keys); trio, duo, and solo acoustic formats available upon request.

Power: Access to two separate 20-amp circuits minimum for full band PA and lighting.

Stage Size: Preferred stage size is 16’ x 12’ or larger for 5-piece; flexible based on configuration.

Sound & Lighting:
We provide full PA system and stage lighting for most small to mid-sized venues and private events.
For larger venues or outdoor events, we can coordinate with a third-party production vendor to scale sound/lighting as needed.

Setup Time: Minimum 90 minutes for setup and soundcheck (full band); 30–60 minutes for acoustic formats.

Break Music: We can provide custom background playlists between sets if requested.

Travel: Based in Austin, TX — available for regional or national bookings with travel/lodging to be discussed as part of quote.
