CarmenTinaEats is a boutique catering experience rooted in creativity, hospitality, and intentional presentation. We believe food should feel as good as it tastes. Each table is designed to be both visually striking and effortlessly inviting—bringing together fresh ingredients, layered textures, and refined details that create a memorable experience for you and your guests.
From baby showers and brunches to private gatherings and corporate events, CarmenTinaEats offers customizable menus that balance familiarity with elevated touches.

Advance Booking: Orders must be placed 14–21 days in advance to ensure availability and proper menu curation.
Guest Count Confirmation: Final guest count is required 7 days prior to your event. This number will be used for final billing.
Deposit: A 50% retainer is required to secure your date. Remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event.
Rush Orders: Events requested within 7 days may be accepted based on availability and will incur a rush accommodation rate.
Menu & Service: Menu selections may be adjusted slightly based on seasonality, quality, and availability of ingredients.
Dietary accommodations can be considered with advance notice.
