Carmel Groenwald Music

The audience would experience a clean, polished sounding professional musician. Carmel plays acoustic worship, or popular covers. She is not upbeat nor peppy. Through her music she provides a chill vibe that could accompany dinner conversations, dedicated listening, or just background music at a local venue.

Phoenix native, wife and mother of 2, born into a lineage of music.
My grandmother raised 5 boys in the 60s. Each one ended up a musician and either volunteer or work in musical careers to this day. Whether an Opera star at The Met in New York City, a high school band director, or singing second Tenor in Orpheus Male Chorus of Phoenix, music runs in our blood. It is a family trait that I am blessed to possess and have the honor of carrying on the tradition. I have sung in the Grammy award winning Phoenix Chorale for 3 years, taught music in the public schools for 7 years, and served as a worship director for 5 years. Music is a gift to me and has nurtured my soul in some of the best, and some of the darkest times of my life. It is my joy to gift it to others.

I would appreciate plugging into a sound system, but can provide a portable indoor/outdoor set-up if necessary.
