Carlos Alonzo Rivera is a multifaceted guitarist, composer, and educator based in San Francisco. He possesses a diverse musical background and is well-versed in genres including classical, jazz. rock, metal and blues.
Carlos has extensive experience playing solo guitar for weddings, private events, and concerts and can handle any special music requests.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music from California State University of Chico, as well as a Master of Music degree in Classical Guitar Performance from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music.
Hired Carlos for a company event celebrating the Hispanic Heritage month, he was there on time, super easy to work with, he played some audience requests and his talent is superb. He travels with all his equipment, pretty much all what he needs is a chair and an electrical outlet. Will definitively work w Carlos again!
Fitted the selections of music to the theme of the party. He was to provide background music instead of featured music which he did without becoming the center of attention.'
