Carlo not only performed for our celebration of life for my Father, he actively participated making it the signature centrepiece of the service and this offered a great deal of comfort.
He went over and above giving us various versions of 3 songs for our set list to choose from and practicing for weeks leading up to the event.
Also a set of songs for the reception. Carlo is Truly a gentle and professional. HE PLAYS WITH GRACE and amazing skill not just in sax but in arrangements accompanying his sax.

Carlo had all of our guests dancing even before the dance floor was open! He played during our cocktail hour at our wedding and did a fabulous job. I played with Carlo with Atlantic Sound Machine band for 2 years.We did many gigs together including the Halifax Jazz Festival,Paul O’Regan Hall,Knox United church,Saint Matthew’s and Saint James United churches and the Dingle to name a few.Carlo is a very talented player who is equally good as a sectional player as well a great soloist.If you’re looking for awesome stage presence and a beautiful sound book him for your gig-you won’t be disappointed!

What to expect
I offer saxophone solo gigs on a backing track via a PA system, for weddings, corporate events, and cocktail hour.
About
I began playing saxophone at the age of 11, quickly developing a passion for music that carried me through middle school and high school band programs. Early on, I earned one of my proudest musical achievements—being selected as first-chair baritone saxophonist in the prestigious 1988 Texas All-State Symphonic Band.
I continued my musical journey at The University of Texas at Austin, where I performed with the renowned Longhorn Band. During this time, I had the honor of marching in the 1989 Presidential Inaugural Parade in Washington, D.C., celebrating the inauguration of George H. W. Bush. I was also an active member of the university’s jazz ensemble, further expanding my experience in contemporary and improvisational styles.
Over the years, I have continued to perform across a variety of musical settings. Most recently, I played tenor saxophone with Atlantic Sound Machine, while also collaborating with multiple bands in genres ranging from jazz and R&B to pop and rock.
In addition to ensemble work, I perform as a solo saxophonist, providing live music for weddings, cocktail hours, and corporate events. My performances blend technical skill with a smooth, modern sound, creating an engaging and memorable atmosphere for any occasion.
