• Lighting: Bright, even lighting (natural or indoor). For low-light settings, client provides a portable LED task light or overhead lighting.
• Staging: One chair for Eric, and additionally 1-2 chairs for guests. Minimum 6’ x 6’ space. For high-traffic events, client may choose to provide queue area or stanchions.
• Sound: No sound system needed. In noisy venues, a quieter area is preferred for guest interaction.
• Other:
• 30-minute setup time before performance.
• For outdoor events, client provides a shaded canopy (10’ x 10’) for weather protection.
• Eric supplies paper and materials unless custom paper is requested (client provides).
