FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do my best to provide quality work for everyone I work with no matter how big or small the project is. Included in my fees are Photos or videos, editing, collaboration, feedback, travel, setup and breakdown, and an enjoyable experience working with me!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start off with a phone consultation to get a better understanding of how I can best help capture your moment. Text or email is just as fine, too.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a digital native and I have always been interested in technology. My creative eye combined with my technical abilities, creates magic through the lens.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It started as a hobby. I loved it seeing the smiles on people's faces when they saw their pictures. Now, I want to keep making people smile.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Friends, family, models, businesses, and the average Jane and Joe.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Working with a client that never had experience posing for photos. It's nerve-wracking being in front of a lens - especially with a stranger behind it asking you to pose. But we both were able to jump out of our comfort zones to capture some incredible moments.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Keeping appointments is very important. Try to be clear in your expectations, and don't be afraid to ask for help. That's what I'm here for.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
It's important to know where and how you're going to use your photos or videos. By providing that small piece of information, I can help come up with ideas, story and mood boards, timelines, and delivery expectations.
