August 21, 2026I hired this bartender and we agreed on a clear price well in advance. Everything was confirmed, but on the day of the event he cancelled, saying the agreed amount was “not enough” and that he would only come if I paid more. This put us in a very difficult situation and felt extremely unprofessional. A vendor should honor their commitment, especially on the day of the event. I would not recommend this service.

Hi Dhananjay, I'm sorry the day didn't go the way either of us hoped. We worked through a lot of changes to the event scope in the weeks leading up to it, and when we weren't able to land on staffing that worked for both sides, I made the call to step back rather than provide a service I couldn't confidently deliver, and refunded your deposit in full that same morning. I understand the short notice was frustrating, and that's on me. I wish you and your guests a great celebration.
