Cakes For Fun

Started out making & decorating cakes for my children as they were growing up. When I retired, I moved to Florida, basically just to relax. After a short time I realized I missed cake decorating and then opened my own business, Cakes For Fun. Have over 20+ years of cake decorating, constantly taking live & on-line courses, trying to learn each and every new phase of decorating. The world is constantly changing, as so for the decorating fads as they come and go. I've since learned how to use gelatin; how to make gum paste real size shoes for babies and women; how to air brush; how to make 3-D cakes; how to make figures, people as well as animals, and much more. Also royal icing decorated cookies and buttercream and/or fondant decorated cupcakes. Now I will soon be starting to teach cake decorating as well.
