Definitely recommend bymoe productions to any wedding. I got all the highlights that I asked for in the wedding. I was able to post the social media post and everything is so beautiful that when I watch the videos I just cry because it’s so beautiful . I am able to watch and play back the wedding that went so fast in a blink of an eye and my wedding looked like a movie. I thank you for everything you did to capture all the memories that I can cherish to pass down to family and my children to look back to.

Moe did a 7 hour shoot for my 50th birthday party and put together an amazing highlights reel. He’s a real pro.

My agreement with byMoe Productions was for videography services for a family memorial, interment at the graveside for my father, mother, and sister, and candid photos at a luncheon following.
Regretfully, his camera overheated, and while the chapel service was live-streamed, the interment was videotaped by his drone, with no sound, and there were no photos taken at the luncheon following.
Moe made attempts to utilize the equipment that he had but there were multiple photo opportunities that were unable to be captured due to his equipment failure.

We strive to provide the best possible service, and it is regrettable that technical issues interfered with capturing the full extent of your family's memorial. Despite our best efforts, the camera overheating led to unforeseen complications, resulting in partial coverage of the event.
I understand the importance of these moments and sincerely apologize for not meeting your expectations. To address the situation, I issued a refund as a gesture of goodwill.

I can’t be more satisfied with ByMoe’s service and results. My wedding literally looked like a movie. Mo came in prepared with his equipment which didn’t take much space or time to set up.
