March 11, 2023I am thankful, she booked the appointment. I was unaware she was bringing her husband and child to the performance. This was not a huge problem because, I received a 2 for 1 her husband performed as well. It would have been nice to have been informed. As, far as the performance I think that she was unprepared. Unfortunately, I would not book again. I do wish her the best.

Hello Renatha, thank you for taking a moment to provide this feedback. February 10th's performance is not a true reflection of my usual performances. As an artist but most importantly, as human, I had an off moment. I truly apologize that you and your audience experienced that. However, I do believe, to the point you made in your review, your group recieved a 2 for 1 deal since I had my husband join me. I also apologize for not informing you that my husband would be accompanying me. However, due to the fact that your location was a long distance for travel, my husband and I felt it was best for him to drive for safety reasons. Overall, I greatly appreciated the opportunity to share both my poetry and Black History Knowledge with your group although the group did not seem aware that the program was for Black History. Either way, I deeply respect your decision, if you choose not to book me in the future and I greatly apologize for any dissatisfaction. Be blessed!

June 19, 2022We enjoyed having Butterfly Beauty as a performer at our Juneteenth event. Her personality as well as her husband, is extremely contagious. It makes a difference with engaging the crowd. We will certainly be using this cool team again. I highly recommend them. They also have books and many talents of poetic symposiums. Awesome team (she and her spouse)!!!!
